According to the ministry, "remote work" is a work system in which the worker performs his duties from locations different from the employer's headquarters, i.e. in which the worker performs work from outside the locations designated for work, whether partially weekly, monthly or fully.

The ministry has adopted two types of “remote work”, which employers can implement within the country, the first is “partial remote work”, during which the employee can divide his work time between the main workplace and the remote workplace, in equal or different proportions, and it may be This is days a week, weeks a month, or months a year, while the second type is “completely teleworking”, and it concerns jobs that can be performed completely from outside the office.
