Erbil

- Hana Nasreen, 40, is the first woman to work "Usta Kebab" in the "Huraman" area of the Sulaymaniyah Governorate - in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq - which is characterized by its clan nature, customs and social traditions.

Nasreen spends about 12 hours a day working in her restaurant - which bears her name - with a group of workers, including her husband and her eldest daughter.

Nisreen prepares the Iraqi kebab with its special flavor, which prompted many Iraqi tourists from the center and south of the country to go to her restaurant to eat and taste kebab, and they see that it is more delicious than what the "Usta" man prepares.

Despite the long working hours, this did not prevent Nasreen from continuing to raise and care for her three children - including her youngest child, who is one year and two months old - inside the restaurant.

Nisreen keeps beautiful and strange memories during her career in this profession for 9 consecutive years, but the most strange thing about her is that a woman from Nineveh Governorate visited her crying heartily, with pride and pride in her work, in which she broke social customs and traditions.

This woman invited her to visit her governorate to be a model for a successful woman and to imitate her persistence and struggle in helping the husband secure a living and stand up to all difficulties and challenges, no matter how severe.
