The three men, 26, 30 and 38 years old, are accused of breaking into a house in a village in Strömsund municipality, sometime between 8 and 11 June, where they are said to have stolen a gun safe containing weapons.

In the cupboard were two shotguns and two shotguns.

The weapons were found by the police on June 11 in a car that was checked.

The police had received tips that a fake sign was in the area.

One of the accused is also found in the car.

The other two defendants were later arrested.

Sentenced to prison the days before

Just days before, on June 6, two of the accused, the 38-year-old man and the 30-year-old man, had been sentenced to prison for involvement in the so-called Laxsjöhärvan.

The 38-year-old was imprisoned for one year and nine months for, among other things, aggravated theft, aggravated receiving and weapons offenses.

The 30-year-old received five months in prison for, among other things, gun crime and aiding and abetting theft.

It can be added that the 38-year-old man who was sentenced to prison in June has appealed the verdict to the Court of Appeal.
