As emphasized in the department of RIA Novosti, vaccinated Russians do not need to provide a PCR test or be in quarantine.

"There are no differences between different types of vaccines, so Russian citizens with a valid Schengen visa and a vaccination certificate can enter Hungary without additional restrictions, that is, without PCR or quarantine," the Hungarian Foreign Ministry said.

Earlier it was reported that Hungary will open the entry into the country for vaccinated Russians from July 27.
