In order to refine typical and forward-looking experience and practices, combined with the focus of work, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment organized and compiled the third batch of 10 typical cases of environmental violations involving waste mineral oil.

  In these cases, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province has accumulated experience in special law enforcement actions for waste mineral oil, and realized "process law enforcement" on oil production and collection units; Changde City, Hunan has joined with public security officers to protect the personal safety of law enforcement personnel, and severely investigate and punish violent anti-law behaviors; Zhejiang The three-level ecological and environmental departments at the provincial, municipal and county levels cooperated closely to intercept illegal transfers across provinces in a timely manner; the Linyi City Express Toll Station in Shandong promptly discovered and provided clues for the illegal transfer of waste mineral oil; Guangzhou City, Guangdong notarized the entire emergency response process; Meishan City, Sichuan Improve supporting measures to ensure that the "two laws" connection mechanism is effective; Guangdong and Guangxi establish information sharing and joint prevention and control mechanisms; Guangxi Qinzhou shortens the time for disposal funds; Shanxi Taiyuan implements environmental emergency special funds; Hubei Xiangyang, Chongqing Yun Yang County properly resolved the jurisdictional disputes in case handling across provinces.

  The Ministry of Ecology and Environment praised the department of ecology and environment that handled the above-mentioned cases.

With immediate effect, the third batch of 10 cases will be released consecutively for local ecological environment departments to learn from relevant experience and practices.
