The mayor Les Républicains of the 7th arrondissement of Paris was indicted in the Carlos Ghosn affair for "
passive corruption

concealment of abuse of power
".
Rachida Dati would have received 900,000 euros in fees between 2010 and 2012 for advice to the former boss of the Renault-Nissan group.
