The Nantes police are currently mobilized to find a man who practiced an act of animal cruelty against his dog.
According to information from France Bleu, this man seen by another motorist around Porte de Grand Lieu, would have dragged his dog for about ten meters, near the Nantes ring road.
The driver then fled, leaving the animal in agony.
He is now actively sought by the Nantes police.
As for the dog, it has very little chance of getting out of it despite the immediate treatment by the veterinary services.
