Historically Vôtre brings together 3 people who have the potato: the pharmacist and agronomist Antoine-Augustin Parmentier - who gave his name to the hash -, wrongly designated “father and inventor of the potato”, he is above all the one who, at the at the end of the 18th century, tried to make it known and appreciated throughout the kingdom, the fairground Frédéric Krieger - known as Mr. Fritz - who put the fries in a cone and popularized it as never before in the 1800s. And they too have the potato ... 100 potatoes even: the Unknowns!
