The alarm about the accident came at 2 pm and according to the first information, several vehicles were involved at the Hasslör roundabout in Karlskrona municipality.
The accident site is close to the border with Ronneby municipality on the E22.
According to the Swedish Transport Administration, the road was closed in the eastbound direction and limited traffic prevailed in the westbound direction.
One to the health center
At 2.20 pm, the rescue service announced that the traffic began to roll again in an easterly direction, but that there was probably some queuing.
- There were three cars involved with a rear-end collision but no more serious incident with personal injuries. A person is to be taken to a health center for examination, but now the traffic is flowing as it should, says rescue leader Stefan Ericsson.
