Regarding the Digital Agency, which will be launched in September, the Liberal Democratic Party's subcommittee said that it is necessary to ensure fairness because staff hired from the private sector are involved in system procurement, etc. We have put together a proposal for installation.

The Digital Agency, which will be launched in September, is expected to hire more than 100 people from the private sector, and fair bidding and ensuring transparency when procuring the system are issues.

Under these circumstances, a subcommittee of the Liberal Democratic Party's Digital Society Promotion Headquarters has put together a proposal and points out that an internal control system should be established to prevent fraud in procurement and bidding.

Then, the Digital Agency should have an internal audit department with strong authority to investigate information leaks and fraud, and a compliance committee of outside experts should be set up to consider rules to ensure fair procurement. And so on.

The sub-committee will formally decide on the recommendations on the 28th and apply to the government.
