In September 1995, he instructed the members of the criminal group to monitor an active member of the Taganskaya organized criminal group, and then commit his murder, ”RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
The spokesman also said that the perpetrators received $ 2.5 thousand from Zakharov for the murder.
In addition, the jury's verdict notes that the accused ordered the murder of a former member of his own gang who had testified to law enforcement officers.
At the same time, the jury rendered a verdict of acquittal on the incriminated Zakharov some of the episodes: about kidnapping, extortion of money and murder.
It is noted that a discussion of the consequences of the verdict is scheduled for July 30, the prosecutor will ask for punishment.
