“At 13:40, a message was received about a natural fire on an area of 1.2 hectares on the Putsaari island of the Valaam archipelago in the Republic of Karelia,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.

22 people are involved in extinguishing, two boats of the Ministry of Emergency Situations with motor pumps, as well as Mi-8 and Ka-32 helicopters are involved.
