First, potatoes blanched in vinegar and champagne are fried twice in goose oil to create a crispy outside and soft inside.
After that, edible gold powder, truffle salt, and truffle oil are sprinkled, and thinly sliced truffles are placed on top and served in a crystal bowl with cheese sauce.

Serendipity 3 reopened earlier this month after shutting down like other restaurants during the COVID-19 period.
The restaurant came up with these gourmet fries as one of their ideas to inform customers of reopening.
