Putin signed a decree on the provision of services for disabled children without a queue

The document was published on the official portal of legal information.

It is noted that now children with disabilities, as well as "persons accompanying such children" have the right to extraordinary services at trade and public catering, communications and housing and communal services, in health care, education and culture and in other organizations.

In May, it was reported that the Russian government intends to allocate 10 billion rubles to provide disabled people with technical means of rehabilitation.
