At 00.20 during the night towards Monday, a police patrol went to the residential area Hertsön in Luleå after an alarm about a knife-armed man.
Once in place, the police patrol is threatened with a knife by the man.
The man then fled into an apartment and could be arrested at 03:00.
- He was still in the apartment and refused to come out.
We have had several police patrols on site, says Liv Fahlén, RLC communicator at the police.
The man, who is in his 25s, is now suspected of making a serious threat to an official.
