"Starting Tuesday, Russian tourists who have completed a full course of vaccination against coronavirus will be able to enter Hungary," the Portfolio quoted the Foreign Minister of the country Peter Siyarto as saying.

He noted that Russia and Hungary have resumed flights on the basis of reciprocity.

“Several weeks ago, Russia resumed issuing business and tourist visas to Hungarians.

They need a PCR test to visit the country.

We, in turn, allow a visit to Hungary, provided that tourists are fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, ”he said.

Hungary became the first EU country to approve the use of the Sputnik V vaccine.

Earlier it was reported that since July 24, the number of regular flights from Russia to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Lebanon, Croatia and Ethiopia has increased.
