At 17.17, surveillance cameras show how several people got into a fight with each other on the square in Hjällbo.
Some were pushed to the ground and a man armed with an object was seen chasing and hitting a person.
He was not convicted of the assault, because according to the district court it is not possible to judge that it was a severe blow that caused pain.

Large gathering in the square
At 21.12 later that evening, film sequences show how several cars drove in and stopped just south of the square.
From the cars, people ran towards the square, some with objects in their hands, the film shows, among other things, baton-like objects.
Violence broke out against people in the square and nearby.
The people who gathered belong to one of the two groups that are distinguished in the quarrel, according to the prosecutor.
At 21.33, a helicopter film shows how another group of people moved towards the square, according to the verdict, there must have been 13 people, but more eventually joined.
The second group is referred to as the Rescue Network by the prosecutor.
When they arrived at the square, people from the other group attacked the network.
More smaller groups
At 21.37 a large crowd had formed in the square.
In the district court's judgment, it is described that about fifty people have gathered.
Police officers who were alerted to the scene initially worked to walk between the groups.
- Stop now, leave the square, you can hear police screaming.
More were summoned, a total of 32 units, the prosecutor has stated according to the verdict.
The police formed chains against the groups, but despite this, quarrels arose between several smaller groups, at the same time as the police tried to disperse the violence with the help of OC spray.

The course of events was short and soon the violence subsided.

All defendants are sentenced
32 people were taken into custody during the riot, three were arrested and further arrests followed. On Monday, the verdict fell against eleven people who have been charged with violent rioting on the day in question. Five of the accused can be linked to Hjälbonätverket. The other six belong to another well-known family in Hjällbo. All were sentenced to between 2 and 4 months in prison.
