A pedestrian dies hit by a car at the exit of a nightclub

Sunday morning around 4:30 am, a young man who had just celebrated his 24th birthday was fatally hit by a car in front of The Base nightclub from which he was leaving.

In a post on its Facebook page, the establishment expresses its deep sadness and indicates that he was run over by a driver who was driving at high speed while the customer was crossing on a pedestrian crossing, located on Boulevard Alfred-Daney.

The driver was arrested and will be heard on Monday by the Bordeaux prosecutor's office,

The victim was engaged with the BEC (Bordeaux Student Club) Football which opened a Leetchi pot in order to "make a collective gesture for his family".
