The motion against the leader of Vox approved in Ceuta in which he was declared persona non grata has fallen like a bomb between different sectors of the PP.

The proposal went ahead due to the abstention of the 'popular' led by Juan José Vivas.

Since the formation of Santiago Abascal, they consider that Pablo Casado's PP must rectify that it "has crossed the red line" in the autonomous city.

And since yesterday, voices of the PP have been publicly uprooted, discrediting the support via abstention of his party for the proposal against Abascal.

And the last one, one of the voices with the most impact within the PP, the one for which Cayetana Álvarez de Toledo was the parliamentary spokesperson.

Early in the morning, he declared via twitter: "" The declaration of persona non grata is a sordid and essentially undemocratic resource.

In Vic, in Ceuta and wherever.

But, in addition, demonizing those who allow you to govern (today in autonomous regions and cities tomorrow perhaps in Spain) is a moral incongruity and strategic nonsense, "he points out emphatically.

Álvarez de Toledo also echoes in networks the message spread by the mayor of El Puerto de Santamaría and general secretary of the PP of Cadiz, Germán Beardo who also says via Twitter: "They tried to unfairly stain me in a similar way on my PSOE and Podemos the city council of El Puerto. Vox prevented it. My gratitude is marked and I do not understand how the PP Ceuta has not done the same with Santiago Abascal. It is fair that he says it, "he also emphatically points out.

The first voice that broke in from the popular ranks against the maneuver of his party in Ceuta was that of one of the heavyweights of the Government of Isabel Díaz Ayuso.

In a tweet, his Deputy Minister of Transport, Carlos Díaz-Pache, disqualified the abstention of the PP in Ceuta.

"I do not understand the abstention of the PP of Ceuta and it seems to me a huge mistake," he said in a brief message that, however, caused a wave of reactions in the social network as it was the first 'popular' leader critical of the PP's decision of Ceuta to act against Abascal.

As they remember from the ranks of Vox, this formation was the most voted in the last elections held in the autonomous city, but they are clear that this position of the PP against Abascal is a before and after.

"They have crossed a red line. Either they go backwards or they will have consequences," they say emphatically from Vox.

Abascal himself, via Twitter, assures: "The PP collaborates in the campaign to demonize Vox. A campaign that produces violence against us, our supporters and our families. At the same time it seeks our support for its initiatives in various parliaments. Or one one thing, or the other. The two will not be able to be ".

The crisis has erupted after the Ceuta Assembly has declared the president of Vox persona non grata for defending the borders.

Criticisms have focused on the visit to the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla during the last migration crisis.

The initiative has started from the Movement for Dignity and Citizenship (MDyC) -party considered by Vox as Islamic- and has joined the PSOE and Caballas, adding 10 votes, with the abstention of the PP.

The agreement repudiates Abascal as "undesirable" because "he came to the city to cause the breakdown of coexistence, from supremacist positions, to debase the Ceuta."
