“The last six months before the Olympics, testing was pretty tough,” RIA Novosti quotes Banki as saying.
He noted that they focused on ensuring that all athletes at these Games are protected and undergo quality testing.
"In Tokyo ... a laboratory accredited by us will operate," said Banka.
He also thanked the Japanese side for organizing the tournament and expressed hope for the success of the Games.
