According to the publication, only citizens who have a green pass - an electronic document that will also allow visiting cafes, parks, restaurants, gyms, swimming pools, cultural institutions and conferences - will be able to attend public events in the country.

At the same time, you can drink coffee at the bar without sitting down at a table, without a special permit.

You do not need a green pass to travel by public transport and work places, but authorities require you to maintain social distance and wear personal protective equipment.

An appropriate permit will be issued to citizens who have received at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine, a negative PCR test valid for 48 hours, or have had COVID-19 over the past six months.

Earlier it was reported that in connection with the pandemic, the Italian authorities extended the emergency mode until the end of 2021.
