33 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

It is noted that this is the first interstate complaint in the history of Russia, filed by the Russian authorities in a European court.

Press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov, commenting on Russia's appeal to the European Court of Human Rights with an interstate complaint against Ukraine, said that "the Kremlin's attitude cannot be considered separately from Russia's appeal to the ECHR, it is still the Russian side, the Russian Federation has applied."
