The head of the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Moscow Region, Tatyana Petrova, said that a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against the 45-year-old mother of the found children, which was sent to the Commission on Minors Affairs and Protection of Their Rights of the Administration of the Ruza City District.
The prosecutor's office of the Moscow region said that in connection with the improper organization of preventive work in relation to the woman, the city prosecutor's office made a submission to the head of the Russian OMVD for the Ruza city district.
In addition, on the fact of the mother's improper fulfillment of the duties of raising minor children, the city prosecutor sent the materials of the check to the inquiry body to resolve the issue of criminal prosecution.
