Earlier it was reported that the vaccine "EpiVacCorona" arrived in Moscow in the amount necessary only for the vaccination of residents with the second component.

“Indeed, there is a certain production schedule, delivery schedule, distribution by region,” Peskov answered when asked whether the Kremlin is aware of the unequal availability of vaccines for the population.

According to him, it is obvious that those who received the first vaccination should also receive the second one in three weeks, “you can't just wait any longer, so the priority, of course, is for them”.

“Yes, there may be a certain, let's say, difference in delivery and production schedules for different vaccines,” Peskov noted.

At the same time, he added that all manufacturers are constantly dealing with issues of increasing production rates.

“It is clear that this cannot be done immediately, but this is an ongoing process, it is going on,” said Peskov.

As reported by Nevskie Novosti, St. Petersburg received a new batch of Sputnik V vaccine in the amount of 81 thousand dose kits.

It is noted that the drug, packaged in one dose in an ampoule, has arrived at the pharmaceutical base.
