RBC: Russia tested the stability of the Runet without a global network

"The purpose of the exercises is to determine the possibility of Runet operation in the event of external distortions, blockages and other threats," the RBC report says.

It is noted that the exercises were recognized as successful, although the official results have not yet been summed up.

The testing was attended by: Rostelecom, Transtelecom, ER - Telecom Holding and others.

In February, Internet Ombudsman Dmitry Marinichev assessed the possibility of disconnecting Russia from the Internet.
