His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

According to Rosoboronaexport, the Repellent complex is intended for electronic reconnaissance of UAVs based on signals from electronic means and suppression of their control systems. 

Earlier, Dmitry Shugaev, director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, said that Russia plans to occupy 10% of the world arms market with its unmanned aerial vehicles.
