More than 100 experts and scholars from universities and enterprises in Anhui and Taiwan and 17 Taiwan compatriots from the East China Alumni Association of Tamkang University in Taiwan gathered in Chuzhou College to attend the offline conference, and more than 110 Taiwanese representatives participated in the conference through the Internet at the Taiwan branch.

  The Wan-Taiwan IoT Symposium was co-sponsored by Chuzhou College, Anhui Provincial Computer Society, Taiwan Tamkang University and other academic organizations and universities on both sides of the strait. It has been successfully held for seven sessions.

  Wang Qinglin, deputy director of the International Liaison Department of the China Association for Science and Technology, said that the current Anhui-Taiwan IoT Symposium is the 2021 Cross-Strait and Hong Kong-Macao Young Scientist Academic Activity Month Project of the China Association for Science and Technology. Gather experts, scholars, enterprises, and industry talents in the Internet of Things from both sides of the Taiwan Strait to promote more in-depth exchanges and cooperation between universities in Anhui and Taiwan, strengthen technological innovation and the transformation of research results on the Internet of Things, and jointly make greater contributions to promoting cooperation and exchanges across the Taiwan Strait .

  Zhang Shengli, deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the People's Government of Anhui Province, said that with the joint efforts of the two sides, the two places, and all parties, the continuous strengthening of academic exchanges between teachers in Anhui and Taiwan, the continuous expansion of student exchanges and the continuous improvement of disciplines and professional development, have not only promoted cross-strait academic Development has also played a positive role in promoting cross-strait cultural exchanges.

  According to Chen Run, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chuzhou College, this year’s Wan-Taiwan IoT Symposium will focus on IoT architecture, reliable IoT transmission, health care, IoT and artificial intelligence, big data, and cross-strait production and education integration to develop IoT talent training Extensive discussions on other topics.

  At the seminar, experts and scholars from both sides of the strait focused on B5G mobile network solutions based on deep learning, educational data mining methods and application research, Internet of Things and smart security, Internet of Things cutting-edge technology and big health applications, and research on recommended methods for technology big data, etc. Extensive discussions on themes were held, 6 special reports, 1 comprehensive discussion and 2 theme forums were held, forming a broad consensus on further strengthening exchanges and cooperation.

  Participants agreed that the holding of the Internet of Things seminar has injected new content and built a new platform for the promotion of Anhui-Taiwan educational exchanges and inter-university cooperation.
