According to him, water penetrated into more than 190 houses, over 80 people were evacuated, and county roads were blocked.
In many parts of the country, bad weather is predicted for the coming day.
Earlier, climatologist Vladimir Semyonov, in a conversation with the "360" TV channel, said that in the future floods, like those in Germany and Belgium, will happen more often, and gave recommendations on reducing the scale of such natural phenomena.
