- The important thing is to prepare properly and read about exactly the destination you are going to, Tobias Axerup says in SVT's Morgonstudio.

This is the first broad advice that the group leader shares in SVT's Morgonstudio.

Some countries may require entry forms prior to your arrival.

What applies in each country is on the Ministry for Foreign Affairs' website and to avoid any surprises, it may also be appropriate to contact your insurance company.

- Check carefully if you can use regular home insurance or if you need to supplement with other things, says travel expert Lottie Knutson.

"It is important to know the local regulations"

Before you go on the trip, it is important to find out what rules apply in the country you are traveling in. Do you need to wear a mouth guard everywhere or does it only apply indoors?

Be careful not to run into a cure when walking outside without a mouth guard, where a face mask is a must to wear outside the home.

Plan for your return trip

Another important thing to keep in mind before departure is planning for returning home.

Always have a margin, suggests Tobias Axerup in Morgonstudion.

- If you should become ill, the journey home can take place at a later time and then you need to stay.
