  He said that Afghanistan needs to be rebuilt, and constructive relations need to be established with countries in the region and around the world. The Afghan people need the international community to continue to support the peace process. The Afghan issue cannot be resolved by military means.

  Baradar said that Afghanistan is the common motherland of all the Afghan people, and all parties should abandon their mistrust and personal interests, and make efforts for national reunification and prosperity.

He also said that the Taliban will work hard to make this round of negotiations a success.
