It is noted that rescuers and police continue to work at the scene.
To date, city officials have confirmed that around 130 houses have been damaged.
The landslide in Atami came down on the morning of 4 July.
Its length was about 2 km.
In some places, from 400 to 600 mm of precipitation fell in two days.
Earlier it was reported that about 80 houses in the Japanese Atami were demolished by a landslide.
