The U.S. prosecutor's office, which provided the video of a murder victim to the media as a public record, has risen to the top.

The Associated Press reported that the family of Bianca Devins, who was murdered by a 23-year-old man named Brandon Clarke last year, has filed a lawsuit against New York State Attorney Scott McNamari, who is investigating the case.

Devins was killed while returning from a show with Clark.

At the time, Devins was only 17 years old.

Clark was sentenced to 25 years in prison in March.

He did the horrific thing after killing Devins, filming his body and posting it online.

The photo spread rapidly on social media and is still harassing the bereaved family.

Clark secretly filmed the sexual intercourse and murder of Devins.

The prosecution provided this video to the media and YouTubers.

He also gave the press a nude picture from Davidson's cell phone obtained at the scene.

Because of this, Devins's family sued the prosecutor, noting that they "immorally disseminated child pornography of a 17-year-old victim and a video of human atrocities."

Prosecutors are said to have not shared evidence with Devins' mother until recently.

This part was also included in the lawsuit.

In the complaint, Devins' family demanded that prosecutors stop sharing photos and video evidence of Devins.

In addition, the prosecution demanded $150,000 for each photo shared with the media, about 170 million won in Korean money, and punitive damages.

The Associated Press reported that McNamari's side was in compliance with the law on public records disclosure.
