According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 33 new confirmed cases from 0-24 on July 17th, including imported cases from abroad. 32 cases (11 in Yunnan, 4 in Beijing, 4 in Fujian, 4 in Guangdong, 3 in Sichuan, 2 in Shaanxi, 1 in Inner Mongolia, 1 in Shanghai, 1 in Jiangsu, 1 in Hubei), 1 local case (in Yunnan); no new deaths; no new suspected cases.

  On the same day, 22 new cases were cured and discharged, and 249 close contacts were released from medical observation. The severe cases were the same as the previous day.

  There are currently 479 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 9 severe cases), and there are no existing suspected cases.

A total of 6,984 confirmed cases, a total of 6,505 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

  As of 24:00 on July 17, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are 549 confirmed cases (including 12 severe cases), 87061 cured and discharged cases, and 4636 deaths.
