An American serial killer has been sentenced to death for killing or attempting to kill beautiful young women.

A Los Angeles court sentenced the death of serial killer Michael Thomas Gazulo, 45, so-called "Hollywood Ripper," to death on the 16th (local time), US media reported.

Gajulo was charged with the murder of two women and the other woman with attempted murder. In August 2019, a jury found him guilty on all three charges, but his sentencing was delayed due to the COVID-19 outbreak, etc. .

According to prosecutors, Gazullo, pretending to be a friendly neighbor and fixer in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, won the favor of women, then broke into their homes and stabbed them to death.

In 2001, Gazullo stabbed and killed aspiring fashion designer Ashley Allerin, then 22, 47 times.

The case, involving the famous Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher, has become a national concern in the United States.

Kucher, who had a date with Ellerin the night of the murder, went home when Ellerine did not appear, and after learning that she had been murdered, she reported to the police.

In 2005, Gazullo also stabbed and killed the mother of four, Maria Bruno, then 32, and dismembered parts of her body.

Also in 2008, 26-year-old Michelle Murphy tried to kill her in her apartment, but she fought back and eventually ran away. At this point, Gazulo escaped and left a bloodstain, which allowed him to be arrested.

Gazullo, who had previously claimed his innocence, protested angry that his lawyer had blocked the opportunity to stand at the witness stand to defend himself in court that day, but the media reported that he did not respond to the death sentence.
