Two people died in a shootout in Sukhum

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Abkhazia.

“At about 19:54, a shootout took place near house no. 8 on 13 September street in the“ New District ”of the city of Sukhum, as a result of which three citizens were taken to the Central Republican Hospital with gunshot wounds.

Gudaliya Ruslan and Dziba Beslan have died, in the intensive care unit doctors continue to fight for the life of Aslan Zukhba, "RIA Novosti reported from the press service.

An investigative and operational group and specialists from the forensic center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are working at the scene. 

Operative-search measures are being taken to identify and detain persons involved in the commission of the crime.
