17 July 2021 The growth of infections from Covid-19 in the United Kingdom is frightening, where in the last 24 hours there have been 41 deaths and 54,674 new cases.
The numbers recorded a further increase from the 51,870 confirmed yesterday and which was already the highest peak on a daily basis since mid-January. A new negative record was therefore established.
Over the past week, new infections have grown by over 40% and deaths by 47.9% (284 since last Sunday).
