On the night of June 26, a resident of Solikamsk in a state of alcoholic intoxication poured gasoline over the garage and tried to burn seven acquaintances of men and three women in it.
The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the attempted murder of two or more persons with particular cruelty.
