In the case of Wen Guodong, the former secretary of the Haixi Mongolian-Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Committee of the Chinese Communist Party in Qinghai Province and the former secretary of the Party Working Committee of Qaidam Circular Economy Pilot Zone in Qinghai Province, the case of accepting bribes, the First Branch of the People’s Procuratorate of Chongqing Municipality sent representatives to support the public prosecution Guodong and his defenders appeared in court to participate in the proceedings.

　　The First Branch of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Procuratorate charged: From 2009 to 2020, the defendant Wen Guodong used to serve as a member of the Standing Committee of the Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Committee of the Qinghai Province of the Communist Party of China, the deputy governor of the Haixi Prefecture People’s Government, and the deputy secretary of the Committee of the Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of the Qinghai Province of the Communist Party of China , Secretary, Secretary of the Haixi Prefecture Committee of the Communist Party of China and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Qaidam Circular Economy Pilot Zone in Qinghai Province, etc., to provide assistance to relevant units and individuals in matters such as business operations and project contracting, and illegally accept others’ The total of the property is equivalent to 19,198,732 yuan.

The defendant, Wen Guodong, shall be held criminally responsible for the crime of accepting bribes.
