Later, the Ministry of Emergency Situations announced the discovery of an aircraft in the Tomsk region.

The plane made a hard landing.

All people on board are alive.

A criminal case was initiated on the fact of the state of emergency.

A relative of another An-28 passenger, Daria Solodkina, commented on the incident in an interview with RT.
