China News Service, July 16th. According to a report from the Russian Satellite Network, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations stated that rescuers discovered the previously missing An-28 passenger plane, which had a hard landing in the Bakcharsky District of Tomsk Oblast.
A representative of the Press Office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations said: "According to preliminary information, the hard landing site of the plane was discovered at 14:36 Moscow time (19:36 Beijing time)."
According to the General Administration of the Tomsk Region of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, all the crew on board survived.
Earlier news said that there were 17 people on board.
