Democratic Party presidential candidate Choo Mi-ae criticized opposition leader Yoon Seok-yeol, former Prosecutor General, saying, "It's just a role that shakes up the reform regime, and there's nothing you can do on your own."

Candidate Chu said in a CBS radio interview today (16th), "I compared President Yoon to a pheasant. A pheasant is only food for hawks and mountain beasts, but a flying animal that cannot climb high."

He said, "It is the media and the opposition that have been raised while cheering for Yoon's words," he said.

Candidate Chu also said, "Isn't reform an elegant word?" Regarding his harsh criticism of Lee Nak-yeon, a rival within the party, as a 'bake shop leader', he said, "As the leader of the party, it is not important to change and pass hundreds of bills, but to promote reform. It was a pity that there was one clever law that supported it."

He added, "That's why there was a split between the supporters and the public," he added.
