“The Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Roman Golovchenko had a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin on the entire agenda of bilateral relations,” the press service of the Belarusian government quotes RIA Novosti.

It is noted that “the heads of government discussed issues of trade and economic cooperation, as well as the implementation of the agreements reached during the meeting of the heads of state of Belarus and Russia on countering sanctions pressure, deepening economic cooperation, which are being worked on by the relevant departments of the two countries”.

Earlier, Belarus announced plans to oppose sanctions together with Russia.
