July 15, 2021 Approximately 300 Italian students who left last June 30, winners of a study holiday organized by INPS in collaboration with the British Academy, a tour operator specialized in student tourism in Italy and abroad, remain blocked in Dubai. The initial eleven cases of Covid contagion have increased dramatically after the results of the double swab: currently the positives would be almost 200. As far as we know, there would be no case of particular gravity. The situation is monitored by the Italian Consulate in Dubai.

Canceled the return trip scheduled yesterday, with communication given to the families, the children - isolated on the campuses - in these hours are assisted by a special task force of doctors and paramedics. Provision is being made to divide the positives from the negatives, in two separate structures, equipping special common spaces to try to make the forced stay less traumatic. The contagion, according to what is learned, would have occurred during a visit to a market.
