According to her, perpetrators often pretend to be from a bank or some authority, such as the police.
In this way, they get the victims to do according to their instructions.
- I do not know what the people said to the woman in this case.
But they are usually very convincing, says Anna Göransson.
The police's call is to never leave valuables, hang up the phone and contact the authority or relatives.
