The most important factor in choosing a new job for 66% of respondents is the schedule - this is the first factor that they pay attention to immediately after the salary offer.

57% of respondents also noted the importance of distance from home to work.

The popularity and reliability of the employing company has a significant impact on the choice of 41% of the survey participants.

Another 37% of respondents indicated the high importance of training and career growth in the company, and 32% carefully study the reviews of current or former employees of a potential employer.

The respondents also answered how often they change jobs.

So, 34% of respondents said that they worked in the same company all the time they worked and were not going to change their jobs.

A third of the survey participants said that they change jobs no more than once every four to five years.

Another 15% of respondents try to change their company every three years, and 14% change jobs every one or two years.

More often than once a year, only 4% of the surveyed residents of Russia change their jobs.

In total, more than 5 thousand respondents from all regions of the country took part in the survey, which assumed the possibility of choosing several answer options.

Previously, analysts ranked the highest paid vacancies in Russian regions in July.
