The incident must have occurred in connection with the staff helping the user to apply a medication patch.
Vimmerby municipality has lex Sarah-reported the incident to the Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate, Ivo.
In connection with the current incident, two more lex Sarah reports have been written about the same employee in the home care service.
The reports refer to sexual abuse and annoying behavior, according to a document that Vimmerby municipality sent to Ivo.
Employee suspended
A police investigation has been initiated regarding the employee's actions.
The employee is suspended from work until mid-August. The municipality is currently awaiting the outcome of the police investigation before taking any further action against the employee.
