The ministry stated that any worker in the private sector is entitled to an annual leave, during each year of his service, not less than two days for each month, if the worker's service period is more than six months and less than a year, and he is also entitled to 30 days leave Every year, if the worker’s service period exceeds one year, and in the event the worker’s service is terminated, he is entitled to an annual leave for the last year’s fractions.
