The National Authority for Emergencies, Crisis and Disasters announced a preventive protocol for the celebration of Eid al-Adha, which included strict instructions regarding Eid prayers and the exchange of family visits.

During the briefing, Al-Amiri announced the protocol for Eid al-Adha prayers and celebrations, where the doors of chapels and mosques will be opened 15 minutes before the start of the prayer, and the prayer will be held, provided that the duration of the sermon does not exceed 15 minutes, while adhering to all precautionary measures in place in advance, and spacing stickers will be placed on the sites. Dedicated to pray in the outer courtyards of mosques with the possibility of benefiting from the gardens and public parking adjacent to the mosques.
He stressed that mosques will be closed immediately after prayer and not allowed to sit, with the continued closure of service facilities such as toilets, ablution places and water refrigerators, in addition to the continuation of suspending the opening of mosques and chapels of external roads and fuel stations, stressing the need to avoid gatherings and shaking hands before and after the Eid prayer with all.
