“A criminal case has been initiated into the death of a man and injury to five citizens as a result of the cotton of gas on the territory of the hotel on Sovetskaya Street (part 1 of article 109 of the Criminal Code),” the message says.
According to the investigation, on the morning of Tuesday, July 13, there was a clap of gas in the premises on the first floor of the hotel complex.
A young man who was on the street was killed, and five citizens were also injured (three men, a woman and a 14-year-old girl).
Victims with injuries of varying severity were taken to hospital.
Earlier, the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, instructed to check hotels in the region for compliance with fire safety requirements.
