In accordance with the "Regulations on Flood Numbering for the Shigu-Cuntan Section of the Yangtze River and Important Trans-provincial Tributaries in the River Basin", the Hydrological Bureau of the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Yangtze River Committee") officially issued at 19:00 on the 11th: "Jialing River No. 1 Flood in 2021" It is formed in Qujiang, a tributary of the Jialing River.

Affected by this, the fluctuation of incoming water from the Three Gorges Reservoir increased.
